GLOBUS has recently completed the commissioning of a Cleaning Section at Surahammars Bruks (Tata Group) in Surahammar, Sweden.
The project was carried out in cooperation with AIC, which brought a valuable contribution and provided the best support to our Customer Tata Steel .
The system is designed to clean strip surfaces guaranteeing optimal preparation for downstream processes.
The cleaning section includes advanced features such as stainless-steel spray tunnels, heated tanks with recirculation pumps, automatic controls for temperature and concentration, brush and squeegee rolls, and spray nozzles for uniform distribution.
The startup was successfully completed in early summer 2025.
