A Story of Vision, Growth, and Innovation
Globus was born in Turin in 1995 under the guidance of its founder and president, Luigi Bagnasco.
Surrounded by a team of skilled professionals with proven experience in coil coating lines, the company set out with a clear mission: to focus on revamping projects and custom-designed coating machines.
These were small-scale projects with a high level of engineering expertise, aimed at a niche market often overlooked by larger corporations—yet one that turned out to be highly profitable.
From the very beginning, the company experienced steady, sustainable growth. As the projects grew in size and complexity, so did the team—bringing in new talents to build a multidisciplinary and experienced workforce.
What began as single coating machines soon evolved into full production lines. Satisfied clients became loyal partners, drawn by the company’s commitment to open communication and tailored solutions. Product lines expanded, and the Globus name became synonymous of quality and trust.
Today, Globus is a dynamic team of over 30 professionals, strengthened since 2011 by the presence of its U.S. branch, Double Globus. The company has a global footprint, with a portfolio that, in 2025, includes more than 180 coating machines, 10 revamping projects, 15 line sections, and 21 complete lines… and it continues to grow..
Since 2020, the ownership and leadership of the company have been entrusted to Giulia Bagnasco, daughter of the founder, who has embraced the family legacy with determination and vision, guiding Globus into a new phase of growth. Supporting her are General Manager Davide De Bella — who joined the company in 2018 — and a well-established team whose expertise and dedication have played a key role in the success of the company’s first 30 years.
Our core business remains coil coating—but we keep a close eye on global trends and emerging challenges. In recent years, we have become an industry leader in continuous digital printing technology on metal coils, thanks to key partnerships and a proprietary international patent. In the aluminum sector, we have engineered and delivered continuous anodizing and electro-coloring lines.
Our approach has remained unchanged since day one: listening, communication, tailor-made design, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
